Presenting at the 5th Bi-Annual Columbia Coaching Conference

I’m thrilled to announce that we've been selected as a presenter at the 5th Bi-Annual Columbia Coaching Conference, taking place October 14–16, 2025 at Columbia University in New York City!

This year’s theme — High-Impact Coaching in an Era of Hybrid Intelligence — couldn’t be more timely.

I’m joining my six brilliant colleagues to lead an experiential session for coaches who are thinking seriously (or want to start!) about how AI is showing up in our work. It's called: Navigating the AI-Integrated Coaching Landscape: A Hands-On Exploration. We’ll explore how coaching is evolving within an AI-integrated landscape.

In our session, you’ll:

—Observe a live coaching demo using an AI-generated tool, with ICF Core Competencies visible in action

—Create your own coaching tool using AI

—Reflect in small groups on alignment, quality, and ethics

—Engage in conversation about how AI is already impacting presence, trust, and transformation

This session is designed to spark dialogue and create space for collective exploration.
