Why Executive Coaching for Creative and Healthcare Leaders?
-
Executive coaching is a self-directed process by which clients uncover their solutions to their challenges with a facilitator.
-
Consultants work with companies to find solutions to problems by making direct suggestions and offering solutions.
Mentors work with mentees to offer direct solutions to problems based on the mentor’s personal and professional experiences.
Licensed mental health professionals are trained in a wide array of helping modalities, the common goal of which is to relieve suffering and achieve healthy life functioning.
ICF professional coaches help individuals identify their visions and goals, and support them in working towards these goals.
-
It’s a structured, forward-looking process using open ended questions that supports your own critical thinking and decisions. ICF coaching draws from the Socratic Method and Motivational Interviewing using curious, open-ended questions and reflective dialogue to help you think deeply, uncover insight, and take purposeful action.
-
Simply put: through structured inquiry and evidence-based techniques, clients build the awareness, clarity, and motivation required to achieve their goals.
-
Once a client has an insight, they surprise themselves with new ways of thinking, new solves to old challenges, new behaviors and mindsets, and specific and measurable action-steps to meet their challenges.

How I Can Support You
Executive & Professional Coaching
For leaders navigating complexity, growth, or uncertainty. Together, we explore your thinking, assumptions, and strengths so you can lead with clarity and integrity. This is a space to reflect strategically, challenge limiting beliefs, and uncover insights that expand your leadership capacity.
Reflective coaching supervision offers a confidential, supportive space to explore what's happening in your client work and in you. Together, we'll look at the moments that stuck with you, the patterns you're noticing, the ethical gray areas, and the places where your own story might be showing up in the room.
Personal Coaching
When something feels unclear, off-track, or in transition, we slow down and explore with curiosity. You bring the goals, questions, and possibilities; I bring the structure, reflection, and inquiry that help you hear your inner voice more clearly. Together, we uncover what you want next — and the mindset that will support it.
