Coaching for Creative Leaders
For the people who make the work, and now lead the people who make it.
You got here because you're good at the work. Then the job changed. Now you're managing people, budgets and clients, and the craft that got you here gets less of your time.
That shift is where I come in. I've worked with creatives for over 20 years, and I am one: I hold an MFA in writing, I'm a published author, and I've performed improv and musical improv in New York since 2012. I know the blank page and the empty stage, and I know what it takes to keep making while you lead.
In our work together, we:
Sort out what's yours to carry, and what to hand off.
Find your own way of leading.
Build presence for big rooms: pitches, reviews, tough conversations.
Get unstuck when the work, or the job, stops flowing.
I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a licensed social worker (LMSW). My approach is collaborative and client-led: I ask the questions, you find the answers that fit you.
"I would strongly recommend coaching with Sloane to anyone who feels stuck, whether professionally, creatively, or around a specific challenge they're trying to navigate." (Alex, creative leader in advertising)
