My coaching engagements are structured to support clarity, awareness, intentional action, and sustainable personal or professional growth. Each program is grounded in ICF Core Competencies and offers a collaborative, client-led coaching partnership with reflective support between sessions. All programs begin with a three-month commitment unless otherwise noted.


The Insight to Action Coaching Program

Four sessions per month • $1,500/month • three-month commitment

Includes: Four 60-minute sessions/month.

Between-session support by text/email, as appropriate.

This program is ideal for clients seeking deeper, ongoing work and steady forward momentum.

Weekly sessions provide a structured rhythm for insight, accountability, and action. The focus is on integrating awareness into meaningful shifts aligned with your goals and values.

Best for: Clients navigating significant transitions, building new capacities, or ready for sustained, high-touch growth.

The Clarity & Capacity Coaching Program

Two sessions per month • $1,150/month • three-month commitment

Includes: Two 60-minute sessions/month.

Between-session support by text/email, as appropriate.

This program offers a consistent yet spacious coaching rhythm.

Sessions support expanding awareness, strengthening internal and relational capacity, and clarifying next steps without the intensity of weekly work. Between-session support provides accountability and grounding as you apply new insights.

Best for: Clients balancing full schedules, building skills steadily, or desiring consistent support without a weekly cadence.

The Momentum & Maintenance Program

One session per month • $485 per 60-minute session • month-to-month

Includes: One 60-minute session/month.

Between-session support by text/email, as appropriate.

This program is designed for highly self-directed clients or those seeking a focused monthly touchpoint to sustain momentum.

Single sessions support refining strategies, clarifying decisions, and maintaining alignment with personal or professional goals.

While a single monthly session can effectively support ongoing momentum, meaningful and sustainable change typically requires engagement over a minimum of six months.

Best for: Clients completing deeper coaching work or those who want periodic, structured support without a higher-intensity cadence.
